This project is a thoughtfully designed home built on a compact block within a boutique development. The vision was to create a standout presence in the street while maintaining affordability, without compromising on style or functionality.

Careful consideration was given to maximising both the home and the land, creating a sense of space beyond its footprint. By intelligently utilising the council easement and the parkland behind the property, the design seamlessly extends its outlook - making the home feel larger, more open, and connected to its surroundings.
